Alison Krueger’s practice involves a broad range of securitization, structured finance, and commercial finance transactions, including acquisition facilities, warehouses, term securitizations, forward-flow arrangements, portfolio sales of loans, leases, mortgages and other financial assets, and private placements. She has experience across a wide range of traditional asset classes, including auto and equipment leases and loans, unsecured consumer loans, mortgages, credit card receivables, and trade receivables, as well as nontraditional asset classes including collateralized fund obligations, mortgage servicing rights, and structured settlements.
