Alyse F. Alban represents clients in the areas of complex civil litigation, corporate investigations, antitrust, class action defense, and white collar crime and handles all phases of litigation for clients in a variety of industries. Alyse also maintains an active pro bono practice. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, she served as a judicial clerk to Judge William J. Bauer of the US Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
While in law school, Alyse wrote for and was published in The Loyola University Chicago International Law Review, for which she was the student articles editor, and the Annals of Health Law. She also represented children in juvenile and domestic relations court through the Civitas Child Law Clinic.
