Alyssa D. O’Donnell represents clients in a variety of complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal court, including insurance recovery, toxic tort, products liability, securities, and consumer class action litigation. She also advises clients in environmental regulatory compliance matters involving the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), the California Hazardous Substance Account Act (HSAA), and the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).

In addition, Alyssa was part of a team that successfully represented former corporate officers and directors in shareholder litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery.
Alyssa is currently a member of the firm’s Insurance Recovery and Class Action Working Groups. She also maintains an active pro bono practice. While in law school, Alyssa was a member of the Southern California Interdisciplinary Law Journal and a Legal Writing Fellow.
