Amarjit Kaur assists clients in a broad range of civil and commercial litigation and international arbitration matters, including corporate construction, professional liability, employment disputes, and matters involving hiring, termination, and the establishment and enforcement of corporate policies and practices. She advises clients on workforce issues involving terms and conditions in cross-border transactions, global restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and company disposals, focusing on clients’ global mobility and immigration needs.
Amarjit spearheaded the Singapore pro bono program in 2016 and serves as vice chairperson of pro bono at Morgan Lewis Stamford. Amarjit serves on the Project Law Help Committee under the auspices of Law Society’s Pro Bono Service and is a member of the Singapore Pro Bono Roundtable. She sits on the Singapore Law Society’s Public and International Law Committee.
