Amber N. Roberts advises clients on the governance, operation, and compliance of qualified and nonqualified retirement plans and executive and equity compensation arrangements. She also counsels clients on the fiduciary and prohibited transactions rules of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA).
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Amber was the nonprofit policy advisor and research assistant on the US Senate Committee on Finance staff of Senator Max Baucus. She was also an Emerson Fellow with the Congressional Hunger Center.
While in law school, Amber was a member of the Virginia Tax Review, a Tri-Sector Leadership Fellow, and a member of the Consumer Law Clinic.
