Amelia Pennington focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation and intellectual property (IP) disputes. Amelia has an active pro bono practice spanning a wide variety of matters, including advising on housing matters and work for Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts (VLA).
While attending law school, Amelia was a research assistant for two professors and was selected to compete in the Saul Lefkowitz Moot Court Competition as part of a two-person trademark moot court team. She also participated in the Intellectual Property Clinic and interned at a boutique IP firm in Boston. Amelia was also the secretary of the Intellectual Property Law Association and participated in the Honors Judicial Internship program, serving as an intern to Judge Denise J. Casper of the US District Court for the District of Massachusetts in 2017.
