Amy McGeever represents clients in a broad range of labor and employment matters. Amy routinely defends employers against claims of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, breach of contract, leave issues and wage and hour disputes. She regularly represents employers in US state and federal trial courts and before administrative agencies. In addition to her litigation work, Amy devotes a significant portion of her practice to helping clients comply with California’s nuanced employment landscape.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Amy gained experience as an associate at a national employment litigation firm where she counseled clients and litigated cases in both California and Nevada. She also brings a unique perspective having spent time in-house with a prominent technology company.
