Ana Calves is part of a team that focuses on mergers and acquisitions, financing, joint ventures, spinoffs, and strategic alliances. Other areas of work involve restructuring, tax, and securities, including public and private equity and debt offerings. Ana advises clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies and investment banks to emerging market companies. During her first year with Morgan Lewis, Ana was seconded to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. through the firm’s Chase Honors Program, where she supported the Bank’s bankruptcy team.

While in law school, Ana was a member of The George Washington Law Review. In addition, Ana served as a student-attorney with the law school’s Public Justice Advocacy Clinic, where she represented low-income clients in employment-related matters.
