Anaili M. Cure represents and advises clients on a wide array of complex workplace related issues and disputes including, restrictive covenants, wage and hour, harassment, retaliation, discrimination, wrongful termination, and accessibility actions. Anaili has appeared in both US state and federal court, before state agencies, and has experience at the appellate level.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Anaili was an associate with a leading Florida firm specializing in complex commercial litigation. She also interned for Judge Jonathan Goodman in the US District Court for the Southern District of Florida. While there, Anaili drafted jury instructions for an FLSA trial and gained invaluable insight into the trial process and inner workings of the court.
Prior to attending law school, Anaili worked in the sales and banking industries where she obtained invaluable skills in negotiation and conflict resolution.
