Andrew D. Mickelsen counsels on a wide range of intellectual property (IP) matters, with an emphasis on IP portfolio management and counseling. Additionally, Andrew assists clients in the preparation and prosecution of patent applications, both in the United States and abroad, for computer software and hardware, electronic devices, data storage systems, data analytics, network systems, internet technologies, telecommunications, semiconductors, mechanical devices, machine control systems, and green technologies. He also works with clients on due diligence in connection with technology acquisitions and patent litigation matters.
