Andrew S. Wellin’s antitrust practice includes regulatory counseling on mergers and acquisitions before federal, state, and international competition authorities as well as private antitrust litigation in the federal and state courts. Drew also has extensive experience counseling clients on the antitrust risk arising from settlement agreements between pioneer and generic pharmaceutical manufacturers involved in Hatch-Waxman Act patent infringement litigation.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Drew worked as an associate in the antitrust group at a major international law firm located in New York. Additionally, immediately following his graduation from law school, Drew was appointed Special Assistant Corporation Counsel at the Office of the Corporation Counsel of the City of New York in the Appeals Division.
