Alan J. Neuwirth represents major Japanese industrial, trading, and service companies in connection with their US and global business dealings. Alan also serves as a director of many US subsidiaries of Japanese clients. For more than 35 years, electronics, chemicals, metals, automotive, pharmaceutical, medical equipment, and trading company clients have sought Alan’s advice for general corporate, finance, and commercial issues, as well as for acquisitions, mergers, and joint ventures.
In addition to corporate matters, Alan works together with specialists at Morgan Lewis to advise clients on intellectual property and technology licensing, research and development projects, antitrust and trade regulation, labor and employment, as well as on litigation and dispute resolution.
Alan co-authored several articles on international commerce and trade for the Journal of the Japanese Institute of International Business Law (Kokusai Shoji Homu) and other publications.
