Ankita Puri is a member of a team that represents clients in business and corporate disputes, corporate investigations and criminal defense, environmental, international arbitration, patent and trademark, securities, toxic tort, and product liability. Ankita’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, particularly oil and gas, product liability, and insurance recovery cases. She is conversational in Hindi.
Ankita has been a member of several trial teams, including a case for an oil field services company in the Deepwater Horizon matter, and representing a title insurance company in a lawsuit against a fidelity bond issuer regarding claims of fraud arising out of title insurance policies issued by the agent of the client. Ankita has also counseled clients on issues related to mortgage foreclosures and also has experience dealing with large-scale internal government investigations of financial institutions. Ankita also serves as insurance recovery counsel and has participated in domestic and international arbitrations related to insurance recovery for major oil field services companies. In addition, Ankita handles all facets of litigation for product liability and breach of contract disputes.
