Anna K. Christensen focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation and business disputes. She has experience in class actions, contract disputes, and other business torts, as well as bankruptcy litigation. She also represents clients in government investigations and qui tam lawsuits arising under the False Claims Act and Anti-Kickback Statute. Anna has knowledge across a broad range of industries, representing a range of clients that includes pharmaceutical manufacturers, medical device manufacturers, national retailers, insurance companies, and financial services providers.
Anna is a member of the firm’s Pro Bono Committee and maintains a robust pro bono practice. She represents clients in immigration matters, including asylum and naturalization proceedings, and also serves the Pennsylvania Innocence Project. During law school, she served as a member of the California Law Review and contributed to systemic civil rights litigation through internships and clinical work.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Anna clerked for Judge Harvey Bartle III of the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
