Annelise M. Gress works with a team to counsel clients in business law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, financings, restructurings, and compliance with securities laws. She advises clients ranging from emerging and high-growth businesses to Fortune 500 companies.
While in law school, Annelise served as the president of the Moot Court Board and in 2017, she and her team won the Regional Championship in the Phillip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition. As chair of the Public Interest Experience Auction, Annelise lead a team of students in procuring funds to provide grants in the public interest sector. She also completed a co-op experience with the chief judge of the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, gaining experience drafting legal opinions in a variety of civil and criminal matters.
