Aimee M. Raimer represents employers in a variety of employment litigation matters. She routinely defends employers against claims of employment discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour violations. Aimee also litigates unfair competition claims to enforce employment agreements and protect confidential information. In addition, Aimee regularly advises clients on ad hoc employment issues (including issues relating to terminations, releases, and policy changes), provides training to companies to stay up-to-date on the latest legal developments, and reviews and edits company agreements, policies, and handbooks for compliance with applicable law.
