Aretha Chakraborti represents sponsors, developers, and financial institutions on the construction, financing, sale, and acquisition of renewable and traditional energy generation projects. Her experience includes working on projects valued at more than $1 billion and on transactions based within and outside of the United States.
Aretha also maintains a robust pro bono practice focused on immigration matters, and is a member of Sanctuary for Families’ Pro Bono Council. Before joining Morgan Lewis, Aretha was an associate in the energy and infrastructure practice of another international law firm.
