Austin Zuck focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation matters involving patents, design patents, trademarks, copyrights, unfair competition, licensing disputes, and trade secrets. Austin has experience managing or contributing to all stages of a case’s lifecycle, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, claim construction proceedings, and trial. He assists clients with proceedings in US district courts, at the US International Trade Commission, and before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB), including inter partes review proceedings.
Austin has handled matters on a diverse range of technologies, including software and internet technologies, wireless and networking technologies, inkjet printers, semiconductor chips, and semiconductor manufacturing.
