Ayaka Hatori provides patent prosecution services to draft and prosecute patents in technology areas such as semiconductors, virtual and augmented reality, mobile applications, social media, meeting management, and computer software and hardware. Aya also prosecutes design patents in user interface design and fashion. Additionally, she provides services including licensing and IP due diligence.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Aya has worked in several semiconductor companies as a test and product engineer intern. She also has research experience in CSULB’s Network Embedded Systems Lab. Aya is currently pursuing her J.D. at Santa Clara University School of Law with an emphasis in High Tech Law -International Specialization.
