Behrouz S. Arani represents global auto manufacturers and distributors in consumer actions involving claims of breach of warranties and fraud in both US federal and state courts and in arbitration. Behrouz has successfully prepared and argued motions in state and federal courts and has experience in analyzing claims, handling discovery disputes, conducting depositions, and pre-trial and trial matters. He combines litigation skills with strategic thinking and knowledge of ADR to achieve cost-effective outcomes for his clients. Behrouz is fluent in Farsi.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Behrouz defended companies in breach of warranty and fraud litigation matters, as well as in employment and workers compensation disputes.
While in law school, Behrouz served as an extern for Judge Robert Kwan of the US Bankruptcy Court for Central District of California. He also volunteered with the L.A. County Bar Association's Immigration Project. After admission to the state bar, Behrouz worked as an academic attorney and helped unsuccessful applicants pass the California bar exam.
