Benjamin Kelly’s practices focuses on multiemployer pension and welfare plans. Ben counsels on compliance with ERISA, the Internal Revenue Code, the Affordable Care Act, the Multiemployer Pension Protection Act, the Pension Protection Act of 2006, and the Multiemployer Pension Reform Act of 2014. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ben worked for the US Department of Energy’s Office of General Counsel for Labor and Pensions and for the US Department of Labor.
