Benjamin Mann represents private credit funds, institutional investors, commercial banks, corporate borrowers and private equity sponsors in a variety of corporate financing transactions, including private equity-sponsored buyouts and recapitalizations, asset-based facilities, cross-border financings and capital call facilities. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ben was a member of The University of Chicago Law Review, held volunteer positions with the Federal Trade Commission, and was an active participant in the University of Chicago Law and Economics Workshop.
