Bernard K. Schott represents employers in single-plaintiff and class action lawsuits involving federal and state employment statutes, including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Fair Labor Standards Act. Ben is admitted to practice in Florida only and supervised by Illiniois Bar members.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ben worked at a global employment law firm and clerked for Judge Ursula Ungaro, United States District Judge, Southern District of Florida. Ben previously worked in the financial services industry for seven years at a Fortune 100 company, most recently as a regional private banker.
