Bethan advises leading global institutional fund managers and investors on private investment fund structuring, formation, operation, and investment, with a focus on the private equity and infrastructure sectors. Bethan also advises clients on financial services regulatory issues in the investment funds industry.
Bethan completed her training contract at Morgan Lewis, gaining experience in the firm’s investment management, finance, and antitrust practices. She spent five months in the firm’s Brussels office focusing on antitrust investigations.
Bethan spent time living in Japan as part of her undergraduate degree and speaks Japanese to a good level.
