Blair J. Robinson represents clients in a broad range of labor and employment matters, including class/collective actions and individual plaintiff litigation. With an emphasis on defending large-scale discrimination and wage and hour class and collective actions, Blair represents clients in the pharmaceutical, financial services, and entertainment industries before state and federal courts across the United States.
Blair has defended numerous companies in systemic employment discrimination class actions involving claims under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Equal Pay Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). In addition to defending companies in such cases, Blair advises employers on ways to avoid class action lawsuits through the use of diversity initiatives and comprehensive internal policy audits designed to assess and remediate class and collective action litigation risk.
Blair litigates a wide variety of individual employment matters, including sexual harassment and age, race, sex, national origin, and disability discrimination claims. He also represents clients in whistleblower and trade secret/non-compete actions.
