Bela also counsels employers on compliance aspects of Russian immigration laws, including employment of foreign employees in and business visitors to Russia.
A member of Morgan Lewis's cross-practice global workforce team, Bela works with other members of the group to provide integrated cross-border advice, counseling, and strategic planning across a spectrum of labor, employment, benefits, and immigration issues.
Bela advises on Russian labor-related disputes and data privacy matters.
