Bradley J. Crowell is part of a team that advises clients on labor and employment issues, including international counseling, management relations, and labor disputes. Our labor and employment team helps employers comply with US federal, state, and local employment laws. The team defends businesses in the event of employment litigation and works with companies to develop and implement policies and practices that reduce the risk of litigation.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Brad was a litigation associate at a major Philadelphia law firm, where he primarily represented pharmaceutical companies and medical device companies in federal and state court. While in law school, Brad completed legal externships for Judge Richard Andrews of the US District Court for the District of Delaware and Judge Mary Walrath of the Bankruptcy Court for the US District Court for the District of Delaware.
