Brian D. Fahy represents employers in employment-related litigation in US state and federal courts, including wage and hour class, collective and representative actions, trade secret and noncompetition claims, and single plaintiff discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims. Brian also provides advice and counsel in several areas including, but not limited to, wage and hour compliance, drafting and enforcement of arbitration agreements, and noncompetition/non-solicitation agreements.

Brian defends clients in the financial services, retail, manufacturing, employee staffing, and transportation industries, among others.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Brian was an associate in the labor and employment department of an international law firm.

While attending law school, Brian served as the lead articles editor of the Pepperdine Law Review, served as a research assistant to then-dean Ken Starr, and externed for US District Court Judge Otis D. Wright, II. Prior to attending law school, Brian served as a research assistant in the Office of Speechwriting at the White House during the George W. Bush administration.
