Brittany H. Leon collaborates with a team to counsel clients on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, financing, spinoffs, joint ventures, and strategic alliances. Other areas of work involve restructuring, tax, and securities, including public and private equity and debt offerings. She advises clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies and investment banks to emerging market companies.
While in law school, Brittany served as a lead editor of the Drexel Law Review and as a teaching assistant for Contracts and Legislation and Regulation. She also interned with the US Securities and Exchange Commission in the Philadelphia Regional Office. Additionally, Brittany completed a co-op experience with an investment management firm focusing on private market transactions.
Prior to attaining her J.D., Brittany worked at an investment company where she provided investment guidance to a diverse base of retail clients regarding mutual funds and executed related trade orders.
