Caiti Zeytoonian focuses her practice on antitrust, trade regulation, and consumer protection law. She regularly advises companies across sectors on a wide range of antitrust and consumer protection issues relating to advertising and telemarketing, data privacy, product distribution and development, joint ventures, and merger-related conduct. In addition to her robust counseling practice, Caiti frequently assists clients in responding to federal and state investigative inquiries, demands, and complaints. She represents clients before the US Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the Antitrust Division of the US Department of Justice (DOJ), state Attorneys General, and other federal and state authorities.
Caiti advises and represents clients across a wide range of industries, including automotive, consumer products, e-commerce, manufacturing, retail, and technology. In addition to defending clients in antitrust and consumer protection investigations, she regularly counsels clients on managing antitrust and consumer protection risk and establishing effective antitrust and consumer protection compliance practices. Caiti has extensive experience advising on federal antitrust laws (e.g., the Sherman Act, the Clayton Act, and the Robinson-Patman Act) and federal and state consumer protection laws (e.g., the CAN-SPAM Act, the FTC Act, the Restore Online Shoppers' Confidence Act (ROSCA), the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR), and state unfair and deceptive trade practices laws). She also advises clients on emerging issues in the automotive industry, including vehicle integration and charging capacity developments relating to electric vehicles. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Caiti was an associate at a global law firm.
