Caitlin Q. Kelley advises financial institutions, issuers, underwriters, lenders, asset managers, and other market participants in a broad range of structured finance and securitization transactions, including issuances of debt and equity securities secured by mortgage loans, student loans, unsecured consumer loans, and other assets.
Caitlin also maintains a robust pro bono practice centered on immigration matters. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Caitlin was an associate at another international law firm, where she focused on structured notes.
