Caitlin M. Snydacker represents a diverse client base in a variety of complex commercial litigation and regulatory matters, including class actions, consumer protection litigation, constitutional claims, and contractual disputes and business torts. Caitlin regularly counsels clients on consumer protection and retail issues relating to healthcare, pricing, promotions, and advertising.
Caitlin actively engages in pro bono work. She has represented survivors of domestic violence in connection with obtaining domestic violence prevention orders. She assisted with securing the safe return of a child kidnapped internationally, and negotiated a student’s individualized education plan with the Boston Public Schools. Catlin has also assisted corporate pro bono clients with internal employment investigations and the development of employment policies and procedures.
Caitlin attended Boston College Law School, where she served as a comment editor for the Boston College Journal of Law and Social Justice and was a member of the Board of Student Advisors. Caitlin also interned at the Women’s Bar Foundation’s Family Law Project for Battered Women.
