Caitlyn R. McCutcheon represents clients in toxic tort and product liability litigation. Her experience also includes litigating medical malpractice, catastrophic personal injury, False Claims Act, and qui tam cases. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Caitlyn served as a summer clerk to Judge William M. Hoeveler and Judge Jose E. Martinez of the US District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
While attending law school, Caitlyn served as a notes editor for the Journal of Law, Technology and Policy, held a research assistant position, and was a teaching assistant after receiving honors in her legal writing courses. Caitlyn also completed an externship with the Office of the Lieutenant Governor for the State of Illinois. She is fluent in Spanish.
