Cara M. Arnold represents clients in a wide range of complex matters including government and internal investigations and white collar litigation. She also represents clients on issues concerning compliance with US export controls and investigations relating to export controls matters. Prior to attending law school, Cara worked at the US Department of Justice in the Civil Division in the Commercial Litigation Branch, Fraud Section for several years where she assisted with litigation and investigations involving the False Claims Act.
While in law school, Cara served as a member on George Washington University Law School’s Federal Circuit Bar Journal and externed at the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
