Carmina Spencer is part of a team of lawyers that advises clients on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions involving both public and private companies, real estate transactions, and corporate governance.
While in law school, Carmina was a judicial intern for Judge Thomas M. Hardiman of the US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, as well as for Judge Paula A. Patrick of the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas. She was a senior editor for the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Constitutional Law and an executive editor for the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Law and Public Affairs. Also while in law school, Carmina worked as a legal intern for the Consumer Bankruptcy Assistance Project and assisted in filing Chapter 7 consumer bankruptcy petitions. Carmina received the distinguished pro bono service award while in law school for her involvement in the Youth Advocacy Project and Military Assistance Project.
