Catherine advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment, and corporate governance matters. Her experience includes FCPA investigations, corporate investigations, and cross-border litigation support. Catherine is fluent in Mandarin Chinese. She is admitted to practice in Washington only.
Before joining Morgan Lewis's China Office, Catherine contributed extensively to community work in Seattle, Washington, including pro bono legal clinic hours advising low-income clients on various matters including landlord-tenant law, family law, torts, and immigration, and singing in the choir at the local parish church.
Prior to entering law practice, Catherine had extensive experience in academic legal research, the vaping industry, and private equity. She was also one of the founders and Lead Editors of Seattle Journal of Environmental Law.
