Catherine A. Parada’s practice focuses on trade secret, restrictive covenant, and unfair competition disputes arising when individuals change employment, including prosecuting and defending claims for misappropriation of trade secrets, breach of contract, intentional interference, unfair competition, and breach of fiduciary duties.
While in law school, Catherine served as an employment law clerk with Bet Tzedek Legal Services. Prior to law school, she worked at the California State Capitol as a legislative intern for Assembly Member Reginald Jones-Sawyer serving the constituents of South Los Angeles.
