Charles Dauthier advises French and international clients on both labor and employment matters, as well as data privacy and cybersecurity. He advises clients on executive terminations, collective terminations and other employment matters, as well as data privacy issues that surface in mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and outsourcing, and other types of reorganization.
