Cécile Manong is a professional support lawyer focusing on competition law. She joined Morgan Lewis in 2019 and supports the antitrust practice in monitoring legal developments, managing knowledge databases, and more broadly, assisting Brussels attorneys on client-facing matters. As a practicing attorney, Cécile has had experience representing clients in merger control in a wide range of sectors such as energy, chemicals, medical devices and IT, including for Phase II mergers, hearings in front of the European Commission, and integration planning.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Cécile worked as an associate in the competition law department of an international law firm in Brussels and trained as a Blue Book in the Directorate General for Competition of the European Commission where she worked on the investigation into Pay-TV providers. She was also the legal & compliance officer of a banking institution in Brussels.
