Cecilia Wang represents clients in a broad range of litigation and consumer protection matters, with particular focus on criminal and civil antitrust matters across the technology, pharmaceutical, and food and beverages industries. Her experience includes multidistrict antitrust litigation, class action defense, and assisting clients with investigations and requests from the US Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission. Cecilia also advises parties to transactions reviewed by antitrust and consumer protection enforcement agencies around the world.

The International Association of Privacy Professionals has designated her a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US). Cecilia has experience regarding the California Consumer Privacy Act and counsels clients on a range of US and European privacy issues, including the development of privacy policies, procedures and compliance programs, security incident planning and response, and online, mobile app, and Internet of Things privacy.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Cecilia worked as an antitrust associate at another international law firm. She also maintains an active pro bono practice, working with victims of domestic violence and refugees seeking asylum.
