Charles Engros counsels global public and private clients onmergers and acquisitions (M&A), strategic investments, joint ventures, financings, and other transactions. Having served eight years as the global leader of the firm’s corporate, finance and investment management practice, Charlie advises many non-US companies on acquisitions, financings, and securities law compliance in the United States and other cross-border matters.
Charlie is recognized by Chambers and The Legal 500 for his service to clients, and is noted by the 2019 Acritas Star Survey as “very calm and thoughtful.” Contributors applaud him for understanding what is important to their companies and for his economical and clear communications.
Charlie often writes and speaks about financings and foreign investment in the United States, as well as trends in the M&A legal arena and the media industry.
