Charles C. Rush advises organizations on risk management and import compliance issues with the US Customs and Border Protection (CBP), including prior disclosures, reconciliation, duty drawback, Foreign Trade Zones and other valuation issues. Charles represents clients regarding national security issues and export control matters with US federal agencies such as the Department of Commerce, Department of Defense and the Department of the Treasury. Charles is admitted in Pennsylvania only, and his practice is supervised by DC Bar members.
