Charlie Warren focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and general corporate matters. Charlie advises both public and private companies in various industries on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters. Prior to graduating law school, Charlie interned for the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts, the 303rd District Court of Texas (for now Justice Dennise Garcia), and for the Rockwall County District Attorney’s Office.
