Christopher L. Cataldo represents registered and unregistered investment companies and their advisors on a wide range of legal, regulatory, and transactional matters including SEC filings, ongoing compliance, and corporate governance.
While attending Boston College Law School, Chris was an Executive Note Editor on the Boston College Law Review and was a semi-finalist of the Jeffrey G. Miller National Environmental Law Moot Court Competition. During the spring of 2018, he was a lecturer of law at Boston College, where he co-taught an undergraduate course on environmental law and policy.
