Christopher Jaynes represents and advises employers on a variety of labor and employment matters. His experience includes disputes related to Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Texas Uniform Trade Secrets Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the National Labor Relations Act, and the Texas Citizens Participation Act. Christopher regularly assists clients on an array of other employment issues, such as implementation of paid sick leave policies, revisions to drug testing protocols, and drafting effective restrictive covenants and separation agreements.
