Christen L. Casale is a litigator who represents employers in discrimination, retaliation, whistleblower, and harassment claims. She has particular experience with failure to accommodate claims brought pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act, as well as claims alleging violations of Title VII, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and corresponding state laws. Christen has also handled non-competition and non-solicitation breach of contract matters. She additionally provides counsel to companies on matters arising under OSHA, including advice regarding worksite investigations, compliance, and safety and health plans.
