Christian J. Kozlowski represents clients on national security matters, including on issues concerning compliance with United States export controls, investigations relating to export controls matters, assisting both US and foreign entities with notices to the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS), and conducting internal investigations in the areas of US sanctions and anti-boycott regulations.
Christian’s representation encompasses matters before various US federal agencies in the national security arena, including the Departments of State, Commerce, Defense and Treasury. His experience includes investigating potential export violations and preparing voluntary disclosures, preparing submissions to CFIUS, and participating in export compliance audits. Christian is a member of the Morgan Lewis CFIUS working group.
