Christina E. Folds

While in law school, Christina served as an executive editor for the NYU Law Review, was a member of the Identity Documents Project, and worked as a translator for the Immigrant Rights Project’s asylum clinic. She also participated in two NYU clinics. As a student advocate with the Global Justice Clinic, she studied the efficacy of an immigrant rights organization’s legal empowerment programs. Through the Civil Litigation Employment Law Clinic, Christina investigated and drafted wage-and-hour and discrimination claims. She also interned with the New York City Commission on Human Rights, assisting the Law Enforcement Bureau in the investigation and prosecution of violations of the NYC Human Rights Law in the contexts of housing, public accommodation, and employment.
