Christopher M. Rogers represents public and private life sciences and technology companies in a wide array of corporate and securities matters. He counsels public companies and their boards and committees with respect to corporate governance and disclosure and reporting requirements under the US federal securities laws and stock exchange listing rules, including annual, quarterly and current reports, as well as proxy statements. Additionally, Chris handles corporate finance transactions for both public and private companies, and counsels on mergers and acquisitions. Chris also advises individual shareholder clients in connection with their filing obligations pursuant to Rule 13D/G, Section 16 and Rule 144.
