Cindy Seunghee Hong represents multinational clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint venture transactions, and class action litigation arising out of Sherman 1 and 2 allegations in various industries. She also counsels both domestic and foreign companies on various antitrust issues and represents them before the Federal Trade Commission and the US Department of Justice. Not limited to one industry, Cindy's experience extends to recently developing antitrust areas such as reverse payment and standard essential patents.
